Class will take place on my back patio located directly on the beach in Milford with weather permitting. The alternate location will be indoors on the beach at my residence. I will start with a warm up, followed by sun salutations, then a variety of standing, balancing, and sitting postures and ending lying down in savasana with a relaxing meditation.
