Once monthly we have a 90-minute meditation session, open to the public, where we begin with gentle breath and yoga warm up (usually in the Dahn tradition, but sometimes it's simple Hatha and Pranayama) and then go into a spontaneous guided meditation with Ellen Katz or other invited teachers. Mindfulness, Chakra Balancing, Presence - and even Native American meditation practices can be integrated into the evening. This is a community service by the faculty at Inner Balance.
