Once monthly we have a 90-minute meditation session, open to the public, where we begin with gentle breath and yoga warm up (usually in the Dahn tradition, but sometimes it's simple Hatha and Pranayama) and then go into a spontaneous guided meditation with Ellen Katz or other invited teachers.
