Learn To Meditate: Meditation is known to reduce stress, which when practiced regularily, leads to the experience of inner peace and contentment. Each session will begin with a class on Yoga Philosophy, followed by instruction, leading into the practice of mantra and meditation. The cost per class is $13, payable on the evening of the class.
